Create a Business
Where the average person can learn how to create and run a business;

True wealth is only created through ownership.   Unfortunately, the average person isn't taught about business ownership while growing up.  Most of us are taught one of two things:

          • Study hard in school and you'll get a good paying job, or
          • If you're not the academon type, work harder than those around you and you'll be the first to move up the pay scale.

What we are not taught growing up is that true wealth is created by ownership.  Through ownership you make money from your hardwork along with making money off of your employees hardwork.  Additionally, the government wants people to create and operate successful businesses.  It generates tax revenue for them.  To support business creation, the government gives business owners tax deductions not available to non-business owners.

And current business owners can learn how to improve their bottom line.

For existing owners we have created the MBA section.  Learn how to make Lease verses Buy decisions, how to calculate the cost of operations and more.

Why you should explore this site:

Learn how to increase your income with little out of pocket money:

We created The Swami Group LLC for under $100 and it wasn't all spent at once.  The company was created with just $50 to file our artictles or organization with our State.  We spent $9.95 for the domain name and we deposited $25 at a bank to create a company checking account.  We will share with you how we kept our cost down by using a free web hosting site that has free and easy to use web programing.  Prior to creating our site, we had zero programming experience.  Within one day we had 3 pages of our first website up and running on the internet.

Learn to claim some of your bills as business expenses:

Most of our bills are a fixed amount paid each month.  For myself, my cell phone is a flat $79 per month, home phone is $39 and the internet is $59.  Thats $177 per month and we have allot more bills I haven't listed.  Once you create a business, any usage of these items for business is deductable against the business income tax.  The bills are flat and don't increase with business usage, but the usage is expensed against the business increasing the amount of money remaining in my pocket.

Improve your business by learning the techniques taught in business schools.

While hands on experience is the most valuable tool in business, not everyone is exposed to every aspect of business.  MBAs are programs that expose individuals to other peoples documented experience.  We have created easy to understand examples of techniques taught in business schools so that you can learn before you have to make a decision on something new to you.
